Director of Entertainment

A doting father. A passionate businessman. A well-traveled man of extreme determination and unmatched confidence. Rudy indulges in all the joy that life has to offer and has crafted a career out of bringing that fun and excitement to everyone he meets.
He began his illustrious career as a Security Specialist for a New York City real estate management company, where he handled all of the company’s security needs and building logistics. After achieving astounding success in that field, he began investing in real estate overseas.
And that’s when this all started.
To say he is ‘familiar’ with the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica is an understatement. He’s essentially a local. Owning several properties in both countries, Rudy has made it his life’s work to partner with a vast network of incredible and highly-reputable organizations. From tropical tours to nightly excursions to authentic, mouth-watering cuisine to the most beautiful, exotic women in the world, Rudy only works with the most trusted people.
He is the consummate host – always available and incredibly attentive, his only interest is ensuring that all his guests have the time of their lives.
Work? This isn’t work for him. It’s his passion. It’s what he loves. He’s in the business of providing guests with experiences they’ll remember for the rest of their lives. He’s in the business of happiness. How could he possibly call that work?

Karola, an avid nature and animal lover, works closely with Rudy, scheduling and arranging the talent and itinerary for all Costa Rica trips. Apart from her work with Elitas, she has also launched her own online clothing store!

Carlos, an established entrepreneur, handles the events and itinerary for all Dominican Republic trips. He’s an all-around awesome guy, and has recently launched a Nationally-recognized cigar brand.
